Lien Writer® Single State version allows you to choose any single state, province or U.S. Territory, public, private or Federal works, to process the necessary mechanic’s lien forms. 

Lien Writer® Single State is the basic version of our program. With it you can do Preliminary Notices, Notices of Furnishing, etc., for any single one of the 50 States, 11 Canadian Provinces or U.S. Territories, Public or Private Works (you choose the area covered). Also included are the Lien Waivers and Releases for your chosen area (Conditional Release, Unconditional Partial Release, Conditional Final Release, and Unconditional Final Release). 

In addition, you can do Mechanics Lien Forms, Stop Notice Forms or Mechanics Lien Releases Forms for your single area. If you do more than one state, province or territory, consider Lien Writer® Tri-State or Lien Writer® Multi-State for those features.
